In mid-October, we asked families to share what they think RCMS is doing well and what can we focus on in order to improve our school culture and climate.

Using a new feedback tool, Thoughtexchange, we generated 69 thoughts garnering 1,146 ratings. The ratings are especially valuable as the thoughts with the highest ratings were deemed most important and where we will place our focus in identifying solutions to the highest rated thoughts.

We very much thank everyone who participated in this Thought Exchange. We appreciate your insight and look forward to getting feedback from a larger percent of our families in the future.
